Company Update

Building the support layer before launch.

Current Forge remains in disciplined private development, but Auric Meridian is building the surrounding customer experience now: documentation, guided-demo structure, support triage, and communication standards designed to make future product access clearer and more responsible.

The customer experience is being prepared alongside the software.

Auric Meridian is treating launch readiness as more than a technical milestone. A public product should be understandable, supportable, and responsibly introduced. That is why the company is preparing the help structure around Current Forge before broad access, rather than waiting until future customers are already depending on it.

Guided demos

Future product conversations need a clear path through the system.

Guided demo materials are being shaped to explain the product direction without turning private development into a public launch. The goal is clarity: what Current Forge is being built to address, how it should be evaluated, and where deeper product detail should wait until the presentation is complete.

Support first

Support thinking is being built before customers are waiting for it.

Documentation, onboarding guidance, issue-routing standards, and an AI-assisted help desk workflow are being prepared as part of the product environment. The public support page signals that direction, but it does not imply that a paid-customer portal or live product support center is open today.

Claims control

The public line remains deliberate.

Current Forge is not being presented with public pricing, checkout access, screenshots, feature promises, or a release date. The company can show that preparation is advancing while still protecting the product, future customers, and the integrity of the launch path.
